REQUIRED PROGRESS PAYMENTS

Every traveler must adhere to the following progress payment schedule:

• By May 15, 2026: $1,500 per traveler

• By July 15, 2026: $2,500 total per traveler
  (Includes $1,500 from May + $1,000 payment)

• By September 15, 2026: $3,350 total per traveler
  (Includes prior payments + $850 payment)

• By November 15, 2026: Full payment of $4,150 per traveler
  (Includes all prior payments + final $800 payment)​

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 180 days or more before the departure date

        — Subject to a 10% cancellation fee

Cancellations made fewer than 180 days before the departure date
          — Subject to a 35% cancellation fee

• Cancellations made fewer than 90 days before the departure date
      — Non-refundable
